WimFIT is in pre-launch. This page explains exactly what happens to the email address you give us when you join the waitlist — nothing more.
Who's responsible
WimFIT is a product of DirtyLab, which acts as the data controller for the waitlist described here.
What we collect
Only what the waitlist form sends: your email address, your language (EN or FR) and which form you used. We also record the date you signed up. This page uses no tracking cookies and no analytics.
Why we collect it
For a single purpose: to email you when WimFIT launches. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Where it's stored
Your email is stored on Supabase, on servers in the European Union (Paris). It is never sold, rented or shared with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until WimFIT launches and the launch email has been sent, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in France, the CNIL.
